Connect your own account to log property work, filter activities by date, property and category, check annual goal pace, and find imported guest stays. AI-logged entries retain their source and sync to the PropHours app.

Connect ChatGPT or another MCP assistant

1. In your assistant, add a custom remote MCP connection. In ChatGPT, enable Developer mode if your account supports it, then create a connection from the Plugins / Apps settings.
2. Use this server URL and select OAuth authentication:https://prophours.app/api/mcp
3. Start authorization. On the PropHours page, copy the connection code.
4. Open the PropHours iOS app → Profile → Integrations → ChatGPT & AI agents. Enter the code, review the requesting app, callback domain and permissions, then approve.
5. Return to the authorization page and tap Continue. Add the connection to a conversation and ask, for example, “Show my properties” or “Log 30 minutes of inspection work at my property today.” Review work details before saving.

You can revoke access in the PropHours app at any time. Read permission covers properties, activity titles, dates, notes and tracking totals. Write permission can add activities; it cannot edit work details, delete entries or delete your account. A separate evidence permission allows attaching receipts to activities. Separate booking permission allows reading imported stays and their calendar source. Existing connections need renewed authorization to access bookings.

To attach a receipt, upload a JPEG, PNG or PDF (up to 5 MB) to your assistant and ask it to attach the file to a specific activity. This requires evidence permission and an assistant that supports file inputs. Existing attachments are never overwritten.

For guest stays, open Profile → Integrations → Booking Calendars in PropHours, choose the property and import its iCal link or file. Re-import to refresh. Queries show the last import time; blocked dates are excluded, and calendar exports may omit guest names or older stays. Booking dates are not logged as work hours.

Try: “Am I on pace for my annual goal?”, “Show last month’s property-management work”, or “Which stays overlapped this month at Beach House?” Progress projections use personal goals and are not tax-eligibility determinations.
