CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PropHours’s app, website, account services, and integrations.

Last updated: September 20, 2026 · Contact: hi@PropHours.app

1. Using PropHours

By using PropHours, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement under applicable law. If you use PropHours for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it.

PropHours helps you organize property activities, time records, supporting files, and personal goals. Feature availability may vary by app version, device, account, and third-party service. We may improve or change features, with notice where required by law.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and devices, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Do not access someone else’s workspace or share access in a way that compromises their information.

3. Your records and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give PropHours permission to store, process, display, synchronize, and transmit it as needed to provide the service and the integrations you authorize. You must have the right to upload any personal information, booking details, receipts, or other files you provide.

Record work truthfully. Review titles, dates, durations, categories, and descriptions before relying on a record. Suggested text, scanned information, calendar imports, and assistant responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. A reservation is not proof of time worked. Do not fabricate work, receipts, or other evidence.

A record-keeping tool, not tax advice.

PropHours does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. A goal, status, report, or time total does not establish material participation, real estate professional status, a deduction, or compliance with any tax test. No audit outcome or tax saving is guaranteed. Consult a qualified professional for your situation.

4. Connected services and assistants

Apple, Google, ChatGPT, calendar platforms, and other external services have their own requirements, terms, availability, and privacy practices. You choose whether to connect them and approve their permissions. PropHours is not endorsed by these providers merely because an integration is available.

Authorized assistants may read information or create records within the scopes you approve. Review requests before approving access or writes. You can disconnect an assistant in the app. PropHours cannot remove copies already exported to another service or guarantee the accuracy of another provider’s responses.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, submit malicious content, attempt to bypass access controls, extract other users’ data, or disrupt the service. Do not use PropHours to create misleading records or impersonate another person. We may limit or suspend access to address misuse or security risks.

6. Fees and subscriptions

If you purchase a paid feature or subscription, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable conditions shown at purchase govern that transaction. App Store purchases, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Apple’s applicable rules. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a subscription; manage it through the store where you subscribed. Nothing on this website commits you to a purchase.

7. Availability and backups

We aim to keep the service usable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, instant synchronization, or error-free results. Connectivity and provider outages can delay synchronization. Keep exports of records important to you and verify that changes have synced before changing devices or deleting local data.

8. Closing your account

You may stop using PropHours and request account deletion through Profile → Delete Account. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and retention. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations or security reasons, subject to applicable law. Provisions that need to survive termination, such as ownership, accrued obligations, and legal limitations, continue to apply.

9. Intellectual property

PropHours’s branding, software, and original site content belong to their respective owners. These terms grant permission to use the service, not ownership of its software or branding. Your own records remain yours.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without promises that it will meet every requirement or be free of errors. PropHours is not responsible for a tax authority’s decisions, inaccurate information you supply, or actions of independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

11. Changes and questions

We may update these terms and publish the revised date on this page. For material changes, we will provide notice where required. Mandatory laws and consumer rights applicable to you remain in effect. If you have a dispute or question, contact hi@PropHours.app so we can try to resolve it.
