Include your app version, device model, and a short description of the issue. Never send passwords or connection codes.

Your records

Use the Activity tab to review your property work. Filter records by date, property, or category, and review available reports in Profile. Personal annual goals help you monitor your own progress; they do not determine tax qualification.

Restoring on another device

Sign in with the same account used on your original phone. Leave the app online to synchronize. If records are missing, verify which account you signed in with and contact us before deleting any local data.

Calendar imports

Open Profile → Integrations, connect your calendar, select calendars and a date range, then choose Sync Now. Booking feeds provide stay context; they do not establish actual work duration.

ChatGPT and other assistants

Our custom assistant connection supports reading properties, activities, annual progress, and imported bookings, as well as saving confirmed work and attachments. A public ChatGPT directory listing is not yet available. Follow the connection guide for setup and permission details.

Account deletion

Open Profile and select Delete Account, then confirm. You may be asked to sign in again. If you cannot access the app, email us from your account address and request account deletion. Review the Privacy Policy for retention and third-party copies.
